Telesales & Office Support

Office based: Belfast
Hours: 8:30am – 5:00pm

We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and organised individual to join our team in a predominantly telesales role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound cold calls, following up with both existing and prospective clients, and generating quality sales leads for our sales team. This role requires someone who is comfortable speaking on the phone, able to build rapport quickly, make customers feel at ease, and gather valuable information to support future sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Making outbound cold calls to potential customers.
  • Following up with existing and previous clients to identify new business opportunities.
  • Recording all customer interactions accurately on our CRM/activity records.
  • Scheduling calendar reminders to ensure timely follow-up with clients.
  • Supporting the sales team by generating qualified leads.
  • Assisting with general office duties, including answering telephone calls, greeting visitors, and occasionally dealing with delivery drivers and members of the public.
  • Providing administrative support as required.

About You

You will have excellent communication skills, a positive and outgoing personality, and enjoy building relationships over the telephone. Strong organisational and administrative skills are essential, along with the ability to manage your workload effectively and maintain accurate records.

An interest in print products or the print industry would be an advantage; however, full training on our products and services will be provided.
