Tele Sales Executive

Location: Remote (1 day per week office based – Chesterfield)

Department: Sales

Fancy getting paid to talk about drinks?

Forget sitting quietly waiting for the phone to ring. This is a role for someone who loves talking to people, spotting opportunities and making things happen.

About the Role

At Global Brands, we create, build and grow some of the UK's best-loved drinks brands. We’re looking for a Tele Sales Executive to help us get those brands into even more hands.

You’ll be at the heart of our sales activity, connecting with new customers, developing existing accounts and bringing lapsed customers back to life. You’ll work closely with our Field Sales Team to turn leads into customers, increase distribution and uncover opportunities across the On-Trade, Convenience and wider hospitality sectors.

One minute you could be following up a promising trade show lead, the next you’re helping an existing customer discover their next favourite brand or opening the door with a brand-new prospect.

It’s fast-paced, target-driven and definitely not a “same day, same conversation” kind of job.

How you’ll make an impact

You’ll help us WIN, GROW and RE-ACTIVATE customers by:

  • Winning new business through proactive outbound sales and customer engagement.
  • Following up and converting leads from trade shows, exhibitions, events, marketing campaigns, referrals and prospecting activity.
  • Developing new distribution opportunities across pubs, bars, restaurants, hotels, leisure venues and hospitality groups.
  • Exploring white-space opportunities across cafés, farm shops, garden centres, delis, visitor attractions and other exciting channels.
  • Developing opportunities with independent convenience retailers, symbol groups and convenience operators.
  • Growing existing customers by increasing distribution, products stocked and order frequency.
  • Reactivating lapsed customers and turning previous relationships back into regular business.
  • Building strong customer relationships and understanding what matters to them.
  • Working closely with the Field Sales Team to qualify, develop and progress opportunities.
  • Keeping Salesforce and customer information up to date so we know what’s happening and what’s next.
  • Delivering agreed sales targets and pipeline goals

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
