Part-Time Telesales Executive
Salary
- £29,250 FTE
- £15,600 pro-rata for 20 hours per week
- Plus £50 per lead generated
About the Role
Baker Leasing is looking for a motivated and confident Part-Time Telesales Executive to join our team and help develop new business opportunities across the UK.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with B2B sales or telesales experience who is comfortable speaking with existing customers as well as prospective customers and business owners over the telephone. You will be responsible for developing existing relationships, identifying new opportunities and generating qualified leads for our finance solutions.
The role is home-based and offers flexible part-time hours, making it an excellent opportunity for an experienced telesales professional looking for a role that provides flexibility and clear, achievable targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to existing customers and prospective customers to develop relationships and identify new sales opportunities.
- Build effective relationships with existing customers, business owners, and key decision-makers over the telephone.
- Identify customer requirements and generate qualified leads for the Baker Leasing sales support team.
- Explore opportunities with existing customers for additional finance requirements and identify potential new business.
- Follow an agreed daily calling pattern and activity plan.
- Achieve a monthly target of qualified leads.
- Maintain accurate records of all calls, conversations, and leads generated.
- Update the company's Excel deal log on a daily basis.
- Regularly review pipeline progress and performance with your line manager.
- Attend periodic training on finance products, sales techniques, and marketing initiatives.
- Proactively contribute ideas to improve lead generation and telesales activity.

Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in B2B sales, telesales, telemarketing, or business development is required.
- Confident and professional telephone manner.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Ability to build rapport quickly with existing and prospective customers.
- Comfortable identifying customer needs and discussing business finance solutions.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident using Microsoft Excel and other basic computer systems.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently from home.
- Driven by targets and motivated by achieving results.
- A positive and professional approach to working with customers and colleagues.
