Sales Executive – Telford | Office-Based
Telserve T/A Plan.com
£28,000–£35,000 basic + uncapped commission
OTE £70,000+
We’re growing our Telford sales team and looking for ambitious, driven Sales Executives who want to build a successful career and maximise their earning potential.
You’ll manage and grow business telecoms accounts, working with quality sales opportunities and building strong customer relationships.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Converting inbound and outbound sales opportunities
- Identifying customer needs and recommending suitable solutions
- Building and managing your sales pipeline
- Achieving and exceeding monthly targets
- Delivering a great customer experience

We’re looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in sales, telesales, call centre or business development
- Confident on the phone and comfortable speaking with customers
- Driven, resilient and target-focused
- Motivated by earning potential and career progression
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment
