Telesales Executive - Salary £24,684 per annum + uncapped commission (OTE £39,000) NO COLD CALLING!
Location: Guiseley, Leeds (LS20)
Permanent, office based
As part of our Telesales team (unsold), you’ll be managing warm leads, a product that changes lives and customers who already know who we are. Join Stiltz Homelifts as a Telesales Executive and help people stay independent in the homes they love.
About the role
Every customer you speak to has already had a home visit from one of our sales consultants but hasn’t yet placed an order. You’ll get back in touch, answer any questions or concerns they still have, and support them in choosing what’s right for their home. You’ll manage your own diary, negotiate and close sales by phone, and see each order through to deposit and paperwork.

What you’ll do
- Manage your own diary of customers who have had a home visit, following up with each one promptly
- Build rapport, listen carefully and negotiate to close sales over the phone
- Take customer deposits and complete order paperwork and survey forms accurately
- Contact warm leads to create new sales opportunities
- Work with our field sales consultants on revisits and updated quotes, sometimes joining them on customer visits (no overnight stays)
- Support our sales enquiry team when they need cover
What you’ll bring
- Experience in B2C telesales or telephone sales
- Strong negotiation skills and the confidence to close a sale
- Empathy and patience, so customers feel listened to and never rushed
- The ability to explain products in a clear, simple way
- Good organisation skills, with the ability to manage your own diary and workload
- Excellent listening skills and a warm, personal approach with every customer
- A strong work ethic and motivation to succeed
