The Big Phone Store is looking for a confident Telesales Executive to join our growing sales team.

This is a proactive outbound sales role where you'll contact businesses, introduce our products and services, generate new opportunities and build long-term customer relationships.

You'll spend much of your day speaking to prospective customers, identifying their requirements, following up enquiries and helping businesses find cost-effective technology solutions. If you enjoy talking to people, are driven by targets and want to build a long-term career in sales, we'd love to hear from you.

This is an office-based role in Wolverhampton.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Telesales Executive you'll play an important role in growing our business by identifying opportunities and developing relationships with new and existing customers.

Responsibilities Include

  • Making outbound sales calls to businesses across the UK.
  • Identifying new business opportunities.
  • Building lasting relationships with prospective and existing customers.
  • Introducing The Big Phone Store's products and services.
  • Understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable solutions.
  • Following up enquiries and quotations.
  • Generating qualified sales opportunities.
  • Maintaining accurate CRM records and sales activity.
  • Working towards individual and team sales targets.
  • Supporting wider business development activities.
  • Delivering excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Working closely with colleagues across the business to maximise opportunities.

Skills Needed

What We're Looking For:

We're looking for someone who brings energy, enthusiasm and confidence to every conversation.

You'll Ideally Have

  • Previous telesales, outbound sales, business development or lead generation experience.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Confidence speaking with customers over the telephone.
  • A positive and proactive attitude.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Good negotiation skills.
  • The ability to work towards sales targets and KPIs.
  • Good computer skills.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • A genuine desire to help customers and solve problems.
  • Experience within technology, mobile phones or consumer electronics would be beneficial but isn't essential.

Office hours are typically Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm, with flexibility considered.
