£40,000 - £45,000 Basic + Bonus | £55,000 - £60,000 OTE

Ready to lead a high-performing telesales team?
We're recruiting for an experienced and commercially minded Telesales Manager to lead a team of around 10 sales professionals within a fast-growing business.
You'll be responsible for a team making proactive outbound calls to customers who have already been recommended treatment, with the aim of engaging them and securing bookings for their e-consultation.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll drive call volume, conversion, quality and compliance, while creating a motivated and high-performing sales environment.
The Role
You'll take ownership of the team's day-to-day performance, ensuring everyone has the skills, confidence and motivation to achieve their targets. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading, motivating and developing a team of around 10 Telesales Executives
- Driving high levels of outbound call activity and conversion
- Monitoring KPIs including call volumes, conversion and sales performance
- Coaching the team through call listening, feedback and regular one-to-ones
- Maintaining consistently high standards of customer communication
- Ensuring internal processes are followed
- Ensuring CRM systems are accurately and consistently updated
- Maintaining compliance with relevant industry regulations
- Identifying and addressing performance issues
- Recruiting, onboarding and training new team members
- Creating a positive, accountable and high-performance culture

A Commercial Mindset
We're looking for someone who wants to do more than simply manage a team.
You'll contribute to the wider commercial strategy, using customer insight, sales data and your experience to identify better ways to reach, engage and convert potential customers.
You'll be comfortable challenging what isn't working, spotting opportunities and putting practical ideas into action to improve sales performance.
We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing a telesales, outbound sales or contact centre team
- A strong track record of achieving sales targets
- Commercial awareness and an understanding of activity, conversion and revenue
- Strong coaching and people-management skills
- Experience recruiting and developing salespeople
- A data-driven approach to managing performance
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A strong understanding of process, compliance and customer experience
- Energy, resilience and a genuine desire to see your team succeed
