Telesales Manager

Manchester City Centre - 5 days a week in office

We are looking for a confident and highly motivated Telesales Manager to strengthen our team in the UK. We are growing quickly and have ambitious plans for the coming years, so we need someone exceptional to help us get there!

What we do at OrderYOYO

We help restaurants succeed online by providing personalised, branded mobile apps, websites, and tailored marketing. We ensure that small and medium-sized restaurants and chains aren’t burdened with high commissions and give them control over their success. Recently, we merged with App Smart, a market leader in shop and POS systems, making us the European market leader and the biggest restaurant liberator in Europe.

What you’ll be doing

From our office in Manchester, you will lead all telesales activities.

  • Responsible for the performance and development of a team of telesales executives
  • Motivate and engage the team daily so they can reach their targets and personal development goals

We need someone with an inclusive leadership style — supportive, consistent, and results-driven.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
