Salary: Negotiable basic salary with a package OTE of £52,000-£70,000 including bonuses.
Hours: 8:30 - 17:30, Monday to Friday
Location: Horsham, West Sussex - Flexible Working Options Available

What are we looking for?
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Telesales Manager to join a growing company. This role will head up our Business Development Executive (BDE) Division, with the view of expanding the team.
The sole focus of our BDEs is to generate new opportunities for the sales team to go out and talk about Global 4 and its service wrap, winning new logos along the way.

The successful candidate will be expected to develop our existing BDEs; as well as recruiting new personnel to grow the team significantly whilst meeting targets set by the Head of New Business Sales. You will work closely with the rest of the sales team, providing and receiving feedback on leads distributed.
In addition to the above, we are looking for someone who will be equally passionate about our growth goals and support us to build out a successful telesales function.
What will you be doing?
- To develop existing and any new BDEs via development plans, call listening & general support.
- Acting as a player-manager, showing the team how it's done with carved out calling times either in the team or in a one-on-one setting, and leading from the front.
- To provide a high-level professional service to all prospective clients when on the phone.
- Responsible for interviewing and hiring new BDEs to support the growth of the team.
- Keeping track of both individual and team performance, reporting back to the Head of New Business Sales.
- Performing a monthly One-to-one with all BDEs in the team.
- Introducing and managing incentives to promote additional activity and exceed targets.
- Overall management and development of a team of successful sales individuals.

What do we need from you?
- Must have a minimum of 2 years' experience of leading a team of outbound calling agents.
- Excellent communication skills both within team and on the phone.
- Confident in training including MANTC methodology.
- The ability to use your own initiative to motivate your team.
- Self-motivated and hardworking individual.
- Proven experience of working with and exceeding targets.
- Experience in selecting the right candidates for the position to minimise staff churn.
- Financially and target driven.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
