Telesales Manager
Location: Coventry, West Midlands
Hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday
Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 Basic depending on experience + Commission
About Us
0800 Asbestos is one of the UK's leading asbestos surveying consultancies, providing asbestos surveys, testing and management services to residential, commercial and industrial clients nationwide. We're a growing business with ambitious plans and are looking for a confident Telesales Advisor to help convert enquiries, build customer relationships and support our continued growth.
The Role
Based in our prestigious offices in Coventry city centre, you'll be the first point of contact for customers making enquiries through Google and other marketing channels. You'll speak with prospective clients, understand their requirements, prepare quotations, follow up opportunities and help convert enquiries into bookings. You'll also contact existing customers regarding re-inspections and additional services, helping to generate repeat business.

Key Responsibilities
- Handling incoming telephone and email enquiries
- Qualifying leads and gathering customer requirements
- Preparing and issuing quotations
- Following up quotations and warm leads
- Contacting existing customers regarding future requirements
- Maintaining accurate customer records
- Working closely with surveyors and colleagues to ensure excellent customer service
- Achieving sales and activity targets
What We're Looking For
- Previous telesales experience.
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
- Confident, personable and professional approach
- Organised and self-motivated
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Driven by results and earning commission
