Role Description

The Telesales Representative role is a full-time, on-site position based in Newbury. This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls to support customers with product enquiries, quotations, and order placement, ensuring accurate and timely information is provided. The Telesales Representative will build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers, promote relevant products and offers, and follow up on leads to drive sales and branch revenue. Daily activities include updating customer records, coordinating with the branch team on stock availability and deliveries, and working with colleagues to resolve customer issues efficiently. The role also includes staying informed about product ranges and promotions, and participating in ongoing training to maintain strong product and sales knowledge.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear telephone manner and the ability to convey technical information in an accessible way.
