Telesales Executive - Salary £24,684 per annum + uncapped commission (OTE £39,000) NO COLD CALLING!
Location: Guiseley, Leeds (LS20)
Type: Permanent, office based
No cold calling – every customer you speak to already has a Stiltz homelift. Join Stiltz Homelifts as a Warranty Telesales Executive and help our customers keep their homelift protected for years to come.
About us
Stiltz Homelifts designs and installs compact homelifts that fit into a home without major building work. Many of our customers are older people or people with mobility needs, so our work makes a real difference to their everyday lives. Our friendly sales team is based at our office in Guiseley, Leeds.
About the role
You’ll be a friendly, trusted voice for our existing customers, helping them keep their Stiltz homelift protected and working well. You’ll explain our warranty options in a clear, simple way so each customer can choose the cover that’s right for them.

What you’ll do
- Manage your own diary of warranty leads, following up with each customer promptly
- Contact existing customers to offer our extended warranty packages
- Build rapport, listen carefully and negotiate to close sales over the phone
- Follow up new lift installations, working alongside our Senior Warranty Sales Representative
- Keep customer records up to date on our CRM system and complete daily lead reports
- Pass on any lift issues customers raise to our Service and Breakdown team
What you’ll bring
- Experience in B2C telesales or telephone sales
- Strong negotiation skills and the confidence to close a sale
- Empathy and patience, so customers feel listened to and never rushed
- The ability to explain products in a clear, simple way
- Good organisation skills, with the ability to manage your own diary and workload
- Excellent listening skills and a warm, personal approach with every customer
- A strong work ethic and motivation to succeed

Working hours
