DOMI Brands is a commercial growth partner built to unlock scale and reach at pace; focused mainly on FMCG (fast-moving consumer goods), particularly drinks and alcohol brands.
Combining deep expertise across UK Off-Trade, On-Trade, Wholesale and Route-to-Market strategy - offering a highly experienced alternative to traditional in-house structures.
Our services include route-to-market strategy, retailer and pub-company negotiations, sales execution, wholesale, e-commerce, commercial health checks and interim/fractional commercial support.
DOMI currently partners with Hofmeister Brewing Company, Masons of Yorkshire, Salford Distillery and Gweilo but we do intend to grow our portfolio over the coming months.

Role Description:
We are looking to bring experienced telesales professionals into our team on a fractional basis. This would suit someone who enjoys sales, is confident speaking to prospects and is looking for flexible hours rather than a full-time position.
The role would involve:
- Making outbound calls to prospective customers
- Qualifying leads and identifying opportunities
- Order Capture and Fulfilment
- Booking appointments for our wider team
- Following up existing leads and prospects
- Updating CRM records and maintaining accurate call notes
- Helping us build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline

Who we are looking for:
- Has proven telesales / B2B sales experience
- Is confident, personable and commercially minded
- Can work independently and manage their own time
- Is comfortable making outbound calls and handling objections
- Can commit to an agreed number of hours each week
- Wants the flexibility of a fractional role
The Opportunity:
These are fractional positions allowing for working hours to be structured around the right person and our requirements.
We are looking for somebody that can initially offer 2 – 4 days per month.
