Telesales Team Lead Assistant

Ready to step up, lead from the front, and help a busy telesales team deliver outstanding customer service?

Location: Kilmarnock, Scotland
Salary: £29,000
Hours: 40 hours per week, 5 days over 7 including weekends on a rota basis

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, organised and people-focused Telesales Team Lead Assistant to support our busy Customer Support team. If you enjoy motivating others, solving customer queries and keeping a fast-moving team running smoothly, this could be the perfect next step.

What we’re looking for

  • Previous experience in a supervisory, team leader or senior customer service role.
  • Strong customer service experience, ideally within hospitality, foodservice or a busy telesales environment.
  • Confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word.
  • A positive, patient and customer-first approach.
  • The confidence to make decisions, solve problems and escalate when needed.
  • A natural ability to motivate, coach and support others.
