Telesales Team Lead

An established business within the fire and security sector is looking for a Telesales Team Lead to manage and support a team of four.
This is a hands-on position split approximately 70% outbound calling, and 30% team management. You'll manage performance against agreed KPIs while personally generating qualified leads and booking appointments for the field sales team.

- Drive or ambition to lead a team. Prior experience mentoring.
- Previous telesales, telemarketing, or outbound sales experience.
- Confident making regular outbound B2B calls.
- Experience working toward call, appointment, and sales targets.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Experience using CRM systems, email, and Microsoft Office.
Desirable Skills From The Telesales Team Leader
- Previous responsibility for managing a telesales or internal sales team.
- Experience monitoring performance against KPIs.
- Lead generation and appointment-setting experience.
