Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for a Telesales Team Manager to join our ever evolving sales team and help shape the future of global commerce.
What you’ll own
- Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of telesales agents to achieve high performance and exceed goals
- Monitor key performance indicators, provide feedback, and identify areas for improvement
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment
- Work closely with Senior Management & Directors to align team objectives with overall business goals
- Coach individuals to improve quality and performance
- Deliver 1-2-1s, and comply with HR policies at line manager level
- Take a customer first approach whilst ensuring optimum profitability of all sales activity

What you’ll bring
- 12 months minimum experience in a B2B sales leadership role
- Experience in managing a team remotely
- Strong background in managing and developing sales teams
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales objectives
- Ability to analyse performance metrics and implement necessary changes
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges
- Strong people management skills
It’s a bonus if you have
- Excellent communication, motivation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of using and managing a dialler would be advantageous
