About the role

Salary: £40-45k DOE, & OTB of £17,250
This role requires Belfast-based candidates to be office-based.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Telesales Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing team of telesales consultants focused on winning new business while also building strong, lasting relationships through account management. We’re looking for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, motivates through integrity and emotional intelligence, and consistently drives performance against ambitious sales targets.

  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of telesales consultants to achieve and exceed monthly revenue and KPI targets.
  • Drive new customer acquisition through proactive contact strategies.
  • Support consultants in account management, ensuring existing clients receive world-class service and maximising upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Deliver structured coaching, call listening, and regular 1:1s to improve skills, confidence, and results.
  • Analyse performance data to identify opportunities, celebrate success, and address areas for improvement.
  • Create a positive, high-energy team culture that values collaboration, development, and achievement.
  • Ensure compliance and call quality standards are consistently met to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

What we’re looking for

  • Proven success as a high-performing Sales Consultant or Sales Manager, ideally in a telesales or B2B environment.
  • Strong background in new business development and account management.
  • Experience managing and motivating remote or office-based sales teams.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills with high levels of emotional intelligence.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actions that drive performance.
  • Energetic, inspirational, and resilient leader who thrives in a target-driven environment.
