Telesales & Admin Assistant
dh Recruitment & Driver Hire Fife/Grangemouth lives by the motto “Fun at Work” – and we genuinely mean it! We have upbeat, friendly teams across our offices.
We’re looking for a Telesales & Admin Assistant to join our team and help grow our business across the KY and FK areas.
The main focus of the role will be telesales and business development – speaking to local businesses, introducing them to Driver Hire and building great relationships with new and existing clients.
- You’ll spend your day making calls, following up leads, sending emails and arranging meetings.
- Social media is also a big part of what we do, so you’ll be involved in creating posts, engaging with businesses and helping us build our presence across social platforms.
- There will also be opportunities to visit clients face-to-face, so no two days will be the same.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
Alongside telesales, you’ll help with general office administration, keeping records up to date and supporting the team with the day-to-day running of the office.
We’re looking for someone who is friendly, confident on the phone, enthusiastic, comfortable using social media and keen to learn. Knowledge of transport, logistics or warehousing would be a bonus, but isn’t essential as full training and support will be provided.
