We're working on a great opportunity to join a busy finance team within the media industry, supporting the day-to-day running of the finance function across multiple group companies.
Responsibilities:
- Process purchase invoices and reconcile supplier accounts
- Review Pleo expenses and production petty cash reconciliations
- Assist with weekly payment runs and resolve supplier queries
- Support month-end, audits and ad hoc finance tasks
- Provide payroll administration support, including timesheets, employee records and payroll reconciliations
- Liaise with HR, production teams and suppliers while maintaining strong financial controls and accurate records

Requirements:
- Strong Excel & Technical proficiency
- Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Experience with NetSuite or similar accounting software is advantageous
