We're working on a great opportunity to join a busy finance team within the media industry, supporting the day-to-day running of the finance function across multiple group companies.

Responsibilities:

  • Process purchase invoices and reconcile supplier accounts
  • Review Pleo expenses and production petty cash reconciliations
  • Assist with weekly payment runs and resolve supplier queries
  • Support month-end, audits and ad hoc finance tasks
  • Provide payroll administration support, including timesheets, employee records and payroll reconciliations
  • Liaise with HR, production teams and suppliers while maintaining strong financial controls and accurate records

Requirements:

  • Strong Excel & Technical proficiency
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Experience with NetSuite or similar accounting software is advantageous
