Accounts Receivable Assistant (Temporary, 2–3 months)
A hands-on AR temp to collect cash, clean the sales ledgers across three regions and get the data migration-ready before the December cutover.
About the role
Triptease is a hotel technology company helping independent hotels and groups drive more direct bookings. We invoice customers worldwide through three regional entities, each with its own ledger and multiple currencies.
We are moving to a new finance system in December. Before then, we want our sales ledgers clean, reconciled and accurate, so we migrate good data and start the new year strong. This assignment combines day-to-day credit control with a focused ledger clean-up, working alongside our Credit Control team.
Key responsibilities
Cash collection
- Chase overdue invoices across EMEA, NORAM and APAC by email and phone, prioritising the oldest and largest balances
- Manage dunning sequences and customer correspondence in Upflow
- Resolve queries and disputes with Customer Success, Billing and Sales to unblock payment
- Escalate payment plans and high-risk accounts to your line manager

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
