The Temp Customer Connection Associate Mission:

To deliver a personalised, world-class customer experience that grows with our global community, creating unforgettable moments at every single touchpoint.

This is a full-time role from October 2026 to January 2027, supporting our Customer Connection team across peak. Please note: occasional weekend working is required.

How you'll drive success:

  • Host from the heart as the welcoming voice of Astrid & Miyu, making every customer feel valued, heard, and cared for from their very first message
  • Proactively collaborate with our operations team and external partners to resolve delivery, tracking and return queries
  • Passionately deliver amazing customer service at every opportunity, making every chance a moment to make someone's day a little brighter
  • Building lasting relationships with both our incredible community, and our internal teams
