Temporary Recruitment Assistant

Impact Recruitment Group
Hybrid working (3 days in the office)
Full-time, 35 hours per week (9am-5pm)
Temporary role until Christmas
£16 - £17 per hour

We're looking for an organised, proactive and personable Temp Desk Assistant to join the Impact team on a temporary basis until Christmas.

This is a busy and varied role supporting our Temp Desk, as well as helping with marketing, social media and CRM activity across the wider business. This would suit someone with excellent administration skills, strong attention to detail and great people skills, as well as being solution-focused in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Temp Desk with administration and candidate coordination
  • Conducting candidate screening calls
  • Chasing references, right to work documents and compliance checks
  • Managing candidate availability and booking confirmations
  • Processing timesheets and payroll administration
  • Writing and posting job adverts
  • Updating and managing the CRM database
  • Utilise AI where required
  • Organise Mailshots
  • Supporting social media and marketing activity for wider company
  • Assisting with newsletters, content creation and company projects

About You:

  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • 1 year + Office experience
  • Strong administrative skills and able to juggle multiple tasks
  • Confident, personable and a great judge of character
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proactive, solution-focused and able to use initiative
  • Positive team player who enjoys working with people
  • Immediately available and able to commit until Christmas
