About the Role

We're looking for a highly organised and detail-focused HR Coordinator to join a busy International HR team in West London.

Responsibilities

This is a hands-on role supporting the smooth running of the HR function, with a particular focus on HR administration, payroll, HR systems and reporting. You'll be responsible for:

  • Keeping employee data accurate
  • Coordinating starters and leavers
  • Preparing HR documentation
  • Supporting payroll across multiple countries

Reporting and Support

Reporting into the HRD, you will:

  • Provide day-to-day support to employees and managers
  • Be their first point of contact for queries

There will also be opportunities to get involved in wider HR projects and process improvements.

Requirements

We're looking for someone with solid HR administration experience who is confident working with HR systems, spreadsheets and data. You'll be:

  • Highly organised
  • Comfortable juggling priorities
  • Have a real eye for detail
  • Someone who likes getting things right first time and is happy to get stuck in.

Location and Pay

The role is based in West London and requires 4 days a week on site, paid on a daily rate equivalent to £35-38k annual salary DOE.
