Short term temp role for confident HRBP
Ideally with experience in insurance or if not financial services due to the short length of this assignment.
This assignment is expected to last approximately 1 month.
You will be onboarding incoming employees as a result of an acquisition. Dealing with contracts which have a large number of variables, ensuring compliance is upheld and the transition is managed smoothly with the interests of the incoming individuals being paramount.
You should have strong experience dealing with contracts containing complex bonus/shareholdings and have strong attention to detail. You must also be comfortable using different HRIS.

You will be self-motivated and able to work within a small, tightly knit team.
Responsibilities
- Compose and issue new contracts of employment and capture all necessary information on HRIS
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal standards and reduce risks related to daily management of employees
- Assist management in conflict resolution
- Set standards for ethics, values, and culture of company
- Onboard new employees and manage immigration documents, taxes, and benefits packages

Qualifications
- Strong generalist HR experience
- Confident working with bespoke and complex contracts
- Strong organization, communication, and conflict resolution skills
- Demonstrated ability to onboard new employees and manage HR tasks
- Proficient in MS Office and confident using HRIS systems
