Temporary Legal Executive Assistant – Register for Upcoming Assignments
Are you an experienced Legal EA available for temporary work? We’re always keen to connect with talented Executive Assistants who are open to interim opportunities across leading law firms in London.
If you’re immediately available or coming to the end of a contract, we’d love to hear from you and keep you in mind for upcoming assignments - ranging from short-term cover to longer FTCs.
What you’ll be doing:
You’ll be providing high-level support to Partners and senior stakeholders, with duties including:

- Complex diary and inbox management
- Coordinating international travel and detailed itineraries
- Preparing and processing billing, expenses, and time entries
- Organising meetings, events, and client interactions
- Drafting and formatting legal documents and correspondence
- Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience as a Legal EA / PA within a law firm
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Confident working with senior stakeholders
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach
- Flexibility and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
