TEMP–PERM MACHINE OPERATIVES WANTED!
Location: Outskirts of Ashford
Pay: £13.40 per hour
Shift: Rotating shifts
- 7:00am–3:00pm
- 3:00pm–11:00pm
We are currently recruiting Machine Operatives on behalf of our client, with Temp-to-Perm opportunities available for the right candidates.
Pressing Machine Operators / Machine Operators
The role involves working within a chilled food manufacturing environment and includes regular manual handling and heavy lifting.
We're Looking For Candidates Who Are
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Comfortable working in a chilled environment
- Able to follow instructions and operating procedures
- Good communicators and team players
- Confident with basic literacy and maths
- Able to complete production paperwork accurately
- Familiar with Health & Safety, hygiene and GMP requirements
- Previous machine operating, food manufacturing or production experience is preferred

⚙️ Machine Operators – Production
Similar requirements apply, however regular heavy lifting is not required.
Candidates Should Be
- Comfortable working rotating shifts
- Reliable and team-focused
- Comfortable working in a chilled food manufacturing environment
- Detail-oriented and able to follow procedures
- Willing to learn machine setup, basic adjustments and operating processes
- Previous machine operating or food manufacturing experience is preferred
