A confidential organisation based in Central Bath is seeking an experienced Personal Assistant / Project Coordinator to support a key business initiative on a temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised individual who enjoys managing multiple priorities, coordinating senior stakeholders and ensuring projects remain on track.

Work Pattern

  • Hybrid 2/3 days
  • 9-5
  • Central Bath Based Office

Your new role

As Personal Assistant / Project Coordinator, you will provide high-level administrative support to project leads and senior stakeholders. This position combines traditional PA responsibilities with project coordination, requiring exceptional organisation, diary management and stakeholder engagement skills.

Duties will include:

  • Managing complex diaries, scheduling meetings and coordinating calendars
  • Organising stakeholder meetings, workshops and project sessions
  • Preparing agendas, presentations and meeting documentation
  • Attending meetings and producing accurate minutes and action logs
  • Monitoring action plans and following up on outstanding tasks
  • Coordinating project activities and supporting progress reporting
  • Maintaining confidential documentation and information records
  • Managing spreadsheets, databases and internal tracking systems
  • Supporting document preparation and administrative processes
  • Providing proactive support to senior leaders and project teams

What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant or Senior Administrator
  • Strong diary management and meeting coordination experience
  • Excellent minute-taking and action-tracking abilities
  • Outstanding organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
  • Professional communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Proactive, adaptable and able to work independently
