Sales Order Processing Role
This Sales Order Processing role in Twickenham focuses on handling customer orders efficiently and ensuring smooth communication between departments to meet business needs. You'll play a key part in keeping everything organised and delivering excellent service in the retail industry.

This position is with a company in the retail industry based in Twickenham.
Description
- Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure order fulfilment runs smoothly.
- Maintain and update order records in the system.
- Handle customer queries related to orders and provide clear information.
- Work closely with the warehouse team to manage stock availability.
- Prepare and distribute order-related documentation as needed.
- Assist in resolving any issues or discrepancies with orders.
- Support the wider team with administrative tasks when required.

Profile
A successful Sales Order Processing professional should have:
- Experience in order processing or a similar administrative role.

Job Offer
- Position: Permanent
- Location: Twickenham
- Salary range: £29,000 to £30,000, dependent on the level of experience.
