Salary: £27,500–£37,000 (DOE) + uncapped bonus

Job Description

RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT - REED NORWICH (ACCOUNTANCY DIVISION)

  • Location: 2–4 Queen Street, Norwich, NR2 4SQ
  • Driver: Ideally a driver with access to your own vehicle
  • Hybrid Working: 3 days in the office, 2 days from home after induction
  • Salary: £27,500 to £37,000 DOE + Uncapped Bonus
  • Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
  • Contract: Permanent

  • Sourcing and attracting high calibre accountancy professionals
  • Writing engaging job adverts and utilising multiple sourcing channels
  • Screening and interviewing candidates to assess suitability
  • Matching talent to opportunities and managing the recruitment process through to placement
