Salary: £27,500–£37,000 (DOE) + uncapped bonus
Job Description
RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT - REED NORWICH (ACCOUNTANCY DIVISION)
- Location: 2–4 Queen Street, Norwich, NR2 4SQ
- Driver: Ideally a driver with access to your own vehicle
- Hybrid Working: 3 days in the office, 2 days from home after induction
- Salary: £27,500 to £37,000 DOE + Uncapped Bonus
- Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
- Contract: Permanent

- Winning new business through proactive sales and networking activities
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Understanding hiring needs and delivering tailored recruitment solutions
- Negotiating terms and providing an exceptional client experience
Finding and Engaging Top Talent
- Sourcing and attracting high calibre accountancy professionals
- Writing engaging job adverts and utilising multiple sourcing channels
- Screening and interviewing candidates to assess suitability
- Matching talent to opportunities and managing the recruitment process through to placement
