We are looking for three officers on 12-month fixed term basis to join our team managing temporary accommodation and supporting homeless families across the City.
About the Role
In the Homeless Families Team, our customers are usually in temporary self-contained flats or houses while they are seeking a settled home. You will need to be able to manage day to day issues such as managing voids, income collection and tenancy problems, as well as promoting independence by identifying support needs and linking people in with community services.

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
