Start Date: Early November 2026 (preferred)
Contract: Temporary – approximately 12 months
A-Frame is a leading talent agency representing some of the industry’s preeminent makeup artists, hair stylists, and wardrobe stylists, working with A-list celebrities across editorials, campaigns, promotional tours, and red-carpet appearances.
We are looking for an organised and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our London office on a temporary basis for approximately 12 months, providing cover within our Accounts team. You’ll be joining a friendly, collaborative, and fast-paced team, supporting the day-to-day running of the Accounts department.
Responsibilities
- Process client invoices and assist with day-to-day billing
- Support Accounts Receivable and credit control, including following up on outstanding payments
- Process and record transactions and expenses
- Maintain accurate accounting records and databases
- Monitor incoming payments and remittances
- Assist with account reconciliations and general finance administration
- Maintain organised financial records and supporting documentation
- Support the Accounts Manager with ad hoc accounting and administrative tasks

About You
We’re looking for someone who is organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a busy environment. Ideally, you will have:
- 1–3 years’ experience in an Accounts, Finance, or similar role
- A degree or relevant qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred
- Good understanding of Accounts Receivable and general accounting processes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Experience with accounting software is advantageous
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of day-to-day tasks

Salary: £33,000 per annum
