Our client, a leading technology platform, is looking for a Temporary Accounts Receivables Coordinator to join their London team for an initial period of 3 to 6 months. The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar function, automating systems and enjoy working in a fast paced and dynamic business. This role requires an immediate start.

Description

The responsibilities of the Temporary Accounts Receivables Coordinator role include but are not limited to:

  • Oversee the full day-to-day accounts receivable process, including invoicing, collections and bank reconciliations.
  • Manage both internal and external relationships to ensure payments are timely and disputes are resolved.
  • Devise and enforce credit policies.
  • Monitor and follow up with overdue accounts and AR ageing reports.
  • Assist with month end and ensure AR reporting is accurate.
  • Engage in process improvement and support the implementation of automated AR tools.

Skills

The skills of the Temporary Accounts Receivables Coordinator role include but are not limited to:

  • Previous experience in accounts receivable, credit control or a similar finance operations role.
  • Previous experience in a technology or SaaS environment (desirable).
  • Prior experience with NetSuite (advantageous).
  • Proven ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
