We are seeking a fluent German-speaking Administrative Assistant to join a prestigious and growing investment firm. This is an outstanding opportunity to gain exposure to senior stakeholders, develop your skills in a fast-paced environment, and work alongside a highly collaborative team of Assistants.

Supporting Managing Directors, Associates, and Analysts, you will play a key role in keeping the team organised and operating efficiently. You'll build strong working relationships across London and Europe, including providing support to colleagues in Germany and London, while gaining valuable experience within a dynamic investment environment.

This role is ideally suited to someone with 1-3 years' experience in an Assistant, Team Coordinator, or Administrative role, who is eager to learn, take ownership, and build a long-term career within financial services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing busy and complex diaries for senior stakeholders
  • Coordinating meetings and conference calls across multiple time zones
  • Organising domestic and international travel arrangements
  • Processing expenses, invoices, and general administrative tasks
  • Supporting the wider team with day-to-day coordination and project work
  • Providing team and holiday cover when required

  • 1-3 years' experience in an Assistant, Coordinator, or Administrative position
  • Fluent German language skills
  • Strong diary management and organisational abilities
  • Proactive, professional, and highly personable
  • Excellent attention to detail and a collaborative approach
  • Keen to learn and develop within a high-performing environment

12-18 month assignment (initially 6 months) | 5 days per week | £18 inclusive of holiday pay
