A fantastic opportunity has become available in Birmingham for a proactive, organised, and confident Administrative Assistant to join a global investment firm. If you've gained 1 -2+ years of administration or coordination experience and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect move for your career.

Working alongside a collaborative team, you'll support Analysts, Associates, and Managing Directors with diary management and scheduling meetings across time zones, while gaining invaluable exposure to senior stakeholders across the UK, Europe, Asia and the U.S. This is an ideal opportunity for someone ambitious, adaptable, and eager to develop within a world-class corporate environment.

You will be an individual who is client-facing in their communication and highly organised.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating meetings and conference calls across international time zones
  • Managing busy and complex diaries across multiple stakeholders
  • Arranging domestic and international travel
  • Processing expenses, invoices, and general administrative tasks
  • Providing proactive support to the wider team

What we're looking for

  • 1–2+ years' experience in an administrative, team assistant, or coordination role
  • Strong diary management/meeting scheduling and exceptional organisational skills
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with a genuine desire to learn and progress
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders

12–18 month assignment (initial offer 6-month) | £16 - £18 inclusive of holiday pay | 5 days in the office

Languages are a bonus: French, German, Italian, or Spanish
