We have an outstanding opportunity seeking an ambitious and proactive Administrative Assistant/Team Assistant with 2 years of administrative experience to join a fast-growing global organisation. You'll be in a client-facing role supporting Associates and Managing Directors, working closely with senior stakeholders across London, Europe, and the US, gaining valuable exposure in a dynamic, high-performing environment.

This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, enjoys being at the heart of a busy team, and is looking for a clear route towards a long-term Executive Assistant career.

As an assistant, you'll have an understanding of managing diaries, arranging meetings and coordinating local and international travel. You'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations for your team, while developing the core skills required to become a top EA.

We're looking for someone who is highly organised, client-facing in their communication skills, personable, with excellent attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing busy and ever-changing diaries and calendars
  • Coordinating meetings across multiple international time zones
  • Arranging domestic and international travel itineraries
  • Processing expenses, invoices, and general administrative tasks
  • Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Providing holiday and phone cover as part of a collaborative support function
  • Building strong relationships with colleagues and senior leaders across the business

You'll have:

  • 2+ years' experience within an administrative, coordination, Team Assistant, or similar support role
  • Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
  • A proactive and positive approach with a willingness to learn
  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Confidence managing multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment
  • A professional and flexible attitude with a strong team-focused mindset

£16 - £18 inclusive of holiday pay | 5 days in office | Initial offer will be 6 months (extension to 12 - 18 months total). If successful, there are further opportunities to stay within the firm.
