Key Responsibilities

  • Managing busy and constantly changing diaries and calendars
  • Coordinating meetings across multiple international time zones
  • Organising domestic and international travel arrangements
  • Processing expenses, invoices, and other administrative tasks
  • Acting as a key point of contact and providing support with team queries
  • Assisting with ad hoc projects and administrative requirements
  • Providing phone and holiday cover as part of a collaborative support team
  • Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

About You

  • 1-2 years' experience in an administrative, coordination, team assistant, or similar support role
  • Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • A proactive, positive attitude with a willingness to learn and get involved
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, professional environment
