Temp Administrator with Events – 3 month assignment - Non-profit organisation – Maidstone, Kent - £14-£15/ hour
We’re on the hunt for a highly organised Office Administrator to join a non-profit organisation in their offices in Kent on a temporary basis, for approximately 3 months (September to November).
This is a great opportunity to utilise your extensive administrative and organisational skills in a busy assignment. In a nutshell, we’re looking for someone highly organised, proactive and meticulous, with the ability to assist with events, undertake research and provide excellent administrative support.

Hours: Our client is flexible on whether this is a full or part time role depending on the suitable temp’s availability and skill set.
What we’re looking for:
- Demonstrable PA / office administration experience
- Strong IT literacy - Intermediate / Advanced MS Office including Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Previous experience assisting with events is advantageous
- Highly organised with the ability to manage and prioritise a busy and fast-paced workload
- Excellent communication and written skills
- IT literate with good MS Office
- Ability to occasionally travel to events if needed (occasionally evening and weekend event work)
- Proactive nature
- Available imminently and able to commit to an ongoing temporary assignment (c3 months, August to November 2026)
- Ability to provide two recent references
- Eligible to work in the UK
