We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team in an exciting temporary position based at our Bradford office. This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home (Once training is complete), alongside a 37.5-hour working week. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience within a dynamic and supportive business environment.
Your Contribution (Job description)
We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused, and detail-oriented Parts Support Specialist to join our After Sales team. This role is essential in ensuring the efficient processing of parts enquiries, quotations, orders, and customer support requests, helping to deliver an excellent service experience to our customers and service teams.
You will be responsible for managing customer enquiries, identifying and supplying spare parts, maintaining accurate order information, and liaising with suppliers and internal departments to ensure timely resolution of issues. Building strong relationships with customers, will be a key part of the role.
This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your career within After Sales and customer support. You will work in a supportive and collaborative environment, gaining valuable experience in spare parts operations, customer service, and supply chain processes within a leading commercial refrigeration business.

Responsibilities
- Identifying parts, preparing quotes and orders in line with customer enquiries and agreed internal parts processes
- Create invoices and deal with invoice queries
- The knowledge and flexibility to cover for other team member’s duties as and when required
- All general duties as outlined by your Department Manager
Your Journey (qualifications & skills)
An excellent communicator with a customer-focused mindset, strong problem-solving abilities, and the confidence to work collaboratively across teams. You can manage multiple priorities, build positive working relationships, and remain detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, you should bring
- Experience of working with SAP systems or business management software for order, invoice, and customer account management is desirable. (Training will be given)
- Experience in customer service, parts administration, order processing, or a similar support role within an operational or technical environment. (Training will be given)
- Experience in Excel, Outlook, and Word, with the ability to accurately manage customer orders and data.
