Job Title: Temporary Agricultural Technical Administrator
Reporting to: Agricultural Technical Manager
Location: East Anglia
East Anglia based with office space available at either our Redgrave or Debach offices dependent on candidates’ location.
Overall aim of the Job:
To support the Agricultural Technical department; in administrative tasks, ensuring KPI reporting and internal documentation is completed in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
- Collating and reporting of KPI data
- Assisting with the scheduling of farm visits and inspections
- Maintaining and disseminating internal production lists
- Completion of internal welfare investigation reports
- Minuting of agricultural meetings
- Any other day-to-day agricultural administration tasks.

Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Good written and spoken English
- Good attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Ability to organise and prioritise workload
- Knowledge of poultry production systems and KPIs is desirable.

Good To Know
- Gressingham has its own dedicated training department, along with a Company Training Development Manager who can support you in identifying any training needs.
- Own transport is essential due to the remote location.
Job Type: Temporary Fixed-Term Contract until 3rd September 2027.
Hours: 40 hours per week
Working Times:
Working hours will be Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day, primarily working 08:30am – 17:00pm, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break.
Salary:
Salaried role, salary is dependent on experience
