Role Description
We are looking to recruit 2 x Temporary Consultants, working a minimum of 3 days per week located at current live projects in Epping, Essex and Radlett, Hertfordshire.

The successful consultant will support our existing sales teams on site managing visitors, enquiries, progressing pipeline and site/product presentation.

Qualifications
- Experience in real estate or a related field, with an understanding of residential development.
- Knowledge of sustainability principles, regenerative design is beneficial but not essential.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, including the ability to manage project documentation, timelines, and reporting.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders.
- Proficiency with common office and project tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, project management software).
- Ability to work on-site full time in the London Area and adapt to evolving project requirements and priorities.
- Prior experience in UK housing, residential development, or consulting is beneficial but not essential.
