Temporary Corporate Receptionist – London
Clermont Group is looking for polished, professional, and reliable Temporary Corporate Receptionists to join our growing team, supporting a portfolio of prestigious corporate offices across London.
This is an ideal opportunity for experienced receptionists and front-of-house professionals looking for flexible temporary work, with assignments ranging from ad-hoc cover and holiday support to longer-term placements.
The Role
As a Temporary Corporate Receptionist, you will represent both Clermont Group and our clients, providing an exceptional first impression and a consistently professional service.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming employees, clients, and visitors in a warm and professional manner
- Managing reception desks and front-of-house areas
- Visitor registration and issuing passes
- Answering and directing calls and enquiries
- Managing meeting room bookings and preparing rooms
- Coordinating deliveries, couriers, and post
- Liaising with building management, security, and facilities teams
- Providing general administrative and front-of-house support
- Maintaining exceptionally high presentation and service standards
- Quickly adapting to different client sites, systems, and procedures

What We’re Looking For
- Previous corporate reception, front-of-house, hospitality, or customer service experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and confident manner
- Reliable, punctual, and highly organised
- Comfortable working within premium corporate environments
- Able to learn new systems and site procedures quickly
- Flexible and willing to work across different London locations
- Strong attention to detail and a genuine passion for excellent service
