Temporary Customer Service Administrator
Kings Hill
£14.00 - £15.00 per hour
Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm
Temporary 4-month role, with the possibility of going permanent
We are recruiting for a brilliant company based in Kings Hill who have an amazing office environment and a friendly, supportive team.
They are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team for an initial 4-month temporary assignment. There is a backlog of administration to work through, so they need someone who loves being organised, getting stuck in and seeing a task through to completion!
What you'll be doing:
- Working through a backlog of administration and allocated tasks
- Logging jobs, defects, and completed works
- Updating customer and job information on internal systems and portals
- Responding to customer queries by phone and email
- Chasing engineers and contractors for missing information
- Keeping records accurate and up to date
- Providing a friendly, professional, and helpful service to homeowners
- Working closely with a small and supportive team
We're looking for someone who:
- Has strong administration and customer service skills, ideally within construction or maintenance
- Is confident using different systems and online portals
- Is organised and comfortable working through a busy workload
- Has excellent attention to detail
- Communicates professionally and warmly with customers
- Is a real team player
