We are recruiting for a Temporary Customer Service Administrator to join a busy and friendly team based in Cambridge.
This is a varied role and ideal for someone who is confident communicating over the phone with customers, and happy to get involved wherever needed.
What The Client Is Looking For
- A confident and professional telephone manner
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliability and good timekeeping
- Confident MS Office skills
- A flexible, proactive approach with a willingness to help wherever needed
- A full driving licence and access to a vehicle

Key Responsibilities
- Handling incoming telephone calls and customer enquiries
- Providing administrative support to the wider team
- Managing emails and updating internal systems
- Supporting with a variety of day-to-day operational tasks
