Role: Temporary Customer Service Advisor

Location: Harrogate

Salary: £12.71 per hour

Hours: 40 hours per week

An established organisation is seeking a Temporary Customer Service Advisor to support their Customer Experience function.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a professional and supportive team, providing high quality customer support across a range of communication channels. You will play an important role in assisting customers throughout their journey, ensuring enquiries are resolved efficiently and delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer enquiries and support with queries
  • Manage complaints and customer concerns, escalating where appropriate
  • Process, update and amend orders, customer details and returns in line with company procedures
  • Provide accurate and efficient customer service within a fast paced environment

Experience Required

  • Strong communication skills with a confident and professional approach
  • Previous customer service, contact centre or client facing experience
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities
  • Flexible approach including occasional weekend availability
