The Role
We're currently recruiting for a temporary Customer Service Advisor to join our amazing Customer Service team.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be at the heart of everything we do, playing a vital role in shaping the customer experience at Truespeed. You'll be responsible for responding to customer enquiries, primarily through email and digital channels, ensuring every interaction is clear, helpful, professional, and solution-focused.
You'll take ownership of customer queries and requests, providing timely and accurate responses while helping to build strong, lasting relationships with our customers.
In This Role, You Will:
- Respond to customer enquiries primarily via email and live chat, providing friendly, professional, and timely responses.
- Take ownership of customer requests and complaints, working to resolve issues as efficiently as possible.
- Provide clear and helpful written responses, ensuring customers feel listened to, supported, and valued.
- Manage a range of customer queries relating to installations, appointments, services, and account enquiries.
- Keep customer records and internal systems up to date, ensuring all relevant information and interactions are recorded accurately.

What We're Looking For
We're looking for a friendly, proactive individual who enjoys helping others and has a strong focus on providing excellent written customer service. You'll be organised, detail-focused, and confident managing multiple enquiries while maintaining a high standard of written communication.
You'll also have:
- Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and empathetically.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to tailor written responses to different customer needs.
- Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills.
- The ability to manage multiple enquiries and prioritise workload effectively.
- A positive, team-focused attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Good IT skills and confidence using multiple systems.
- Previous customer service experience, ideally in an email, digital, contact centre, or customer-facing environment.
