Description
An exciting role has come up for a temporary Customer Service Assistant here at REFY to help support our team during peak season.
We are looking for an energetic problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative, and goes the extra mile for customers.
CONTRACT
Temporary contract running from 26th October 2026 until 8th January 2027, with a one-month probationary period to review performance against agreed targets before continuation.

08:00–16:30 day shifts, five days per week, including one weekend day on six occasions throughout the contract, with a weekday off in lieu.
REPORTS TO
Customer Experience Manager
LOCATION
Manchester office, with one working-from-home day per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customers on all platforms, consistently providing the highest standard of customer service and upholding our REFY tone of voice
- Achieve and maintain daily performance targets
- Report back on any patterns of customer feedback or common issues raised by customers to the Customer Experience Manager

Skills, Knowledge And Experience
- Strong team player with a collaborative approach
- Sharp, solution-focused, and proactive problem solver
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with exceptional accuracy
- Confident in achieving and exceeding departmental targets
- Thrives in fast-paced environments while maintaining high performance under pressure
- Adaptable to communicating in the REFY tone of voice
- Comfortable navigating and adapting to multiple software platforms
- Must have 1+ years of experience working in Customer Service
