Type: Fixed Term Contract until 27th December 2026

Working Pattern: Full time hours, onsite, 4 days per week working every 1 / 3 weekends

Pay: £13.01 Per Hour

  • We are hiring temporary Customer Support Operators to join our team at our city centre Head Office, starting with full paid induction training on Monday, 22nd September.
  • This is a digital support role (non-telephone) where you will handle online customer messages regarding orders, deliveries, and returns using clear written communication and problem-solving skills.

The Role Scope

  • ✨Answering online customer messages regarding order status, deliveries, and returns in a helpful, professional tone.
  • ✨Tracking packages on third-party courier websites and updating customers.
  • ✨Documenting interaction details accurately on internal Customer App memos.
  • ✨Submitting courier delivery investigation requests when required.
  • ✨Working towards individual quality and productivity targets in a supportive team environment.
