Are you an exceptional immediately available Executive Assistant keen to join an investment firm where collaboration, humility, and teamwork are truly valued?

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a supportive EA team, working alongside talented professionals in a high-performing yet down-to-earth environment. The firm is seeking a dedicated, emotionally intelligent, and proactive EA who takes pride in delivering outstanding support while building trusted relationships across the business.

Supporting senior leaders including Managing Directors and Vice Presidents in the finance division, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth running for them.

We are looking for someone who is highly organised, naturally collaborative and has impeccable attention to detail, whilst also remaining adaptable and approachable. You will enjoy being at the heart of the business, anticipating needs, solving problems before they arise, and working closely with colleagues both locally and internationally.

Previous experience within Private Equity, Investment Management, Asset Management, or Professional Services is highly desirable, alongside 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing complex and ever-changing diaries for senior executives
  • Coordinating international travel, itineraries, and logistics
  • Acting as a trusted gatekeeper and key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Building strong relationships across the business, investors, clients, and advisors
  • Preparing meeting materials and ensuring seamless coordination of meetings and events
  • Anticipating needs, identifying solutions, and delivering proactive support at all times

About You

  • 5 - 6+ years' Executive Assistant experience within a fast-paced environment
  • Background within Private Equity, Financial Services, Investment Management, Asset Management, or Professional Services preferred
  • Professional, personable, and confident supporting senior stakeholders
  • Demonstrates humility, emotional intelligence, and a collaborative mindset
  • Calm under pressure with exceptional judgement and communication skills

This is a temporary role, 1 month with the potential to be extended.
