The Role:
We are currently recruiting for a Fleet Administrator to join a busy and friendly team based in Morley on an ongoing temporary basis.
This is a varied administration role supporting the day-to-day running of a large commercial vehicle fleet. You'll be responsible for maintaining accurate records, processing documentation, managing queries and ensuring fleet information is kept up to date. The position involves regular use of Excel and internal systems, as well as liaising with colleagues, suppliers and external organisations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing and managing fleet-related administration
- Logging and tracking vehicle fines and correspondence
- Updating fleet records and maintaining accurate databases
- Managing incoming emails, post and telephone queries
- Liaising with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
- Supporting purchase orders, invoices and payment processes
- Updating Excel spreadsheets and producing reports
- Assisting with ad hoc fleet projects and administration tasks

Essential skills:
- Previous administration experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident using Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to prioritise workloads and work independently
- Comfortable handling data and working with multiple systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work
Desirable skills:
- Previous experience in a fleet, finance, supply chain or administration environment
