A busy branded pub on the outskirts of Lancaster is looking for an experienced Temporary Head Chef to join the kitchen team for a temporary placement.
The pub serves a well-established branded pub menu, offering a range of traditional favourites, hearty dishes, and lighter options.

The Role
- Position: Temporary Head Chef

- Rate: £20 per hour

The successful chef will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operation, maintaining high standards of food quality and hygiene, and ensuring smooth and efficient service throughout the placement.
The Ideal Chef
The ideal candidate will have previous Head Chef or senior kitchen experience and be confident working within a busy branded pub environment. They will be organized, reliable, and capable of leading a kitchen team while maintaining consistency across the menu.
